Our process is relatively basic although the work we do is not. Each project is customized to the customer’s specific requirements, because of this our process must adapt based on the individually determined nature of the project.
We supply all parts and services for the projects we engage in. We do not compromise on the fundamental mechanical performance and safety of any motorcycle, regardless of a customers willingness to pay us to do so.
For all projects we engage in the first step is consultation with the customer to determine the exact riding experience the customer wants to enjoy at the end of the project. When we have defined the project parameters with the customer we require a deposit before proceeding with the assessment of the customer's motorcycle. The amount of deposit required is based on the scope of the project. Dependent upon the results of the consultation we will conduct either a gross assessment or a thorough assessment of the project bike. A parts list based on the assessment containing known parts and services will be provided to the customer in conjunction with the hours accrued to that point in the process. Upon payment for the accrued hours, and payment for the known parts and services, minus your deposit, we will proceed with acquiring your paid-for parts and services.
As the parts flow in and the services are completed the customer is billed on a monthly basis. The monthly billing is for labour and any other mutually agreed upon parts and services added to the project. This process continues until the project's completion .The standard monthly billing cycle during a project occurs on the 15th of the month, other billing times as agreed upon and/or as necessary.
The speed at which your project will be completed will be dictated by many factors, some of which are out of our control. Getting you on the road is our priority.
Projects abandoned by their owners, where no prior arrangement and/or payment has been made, will incur a $15.00/day storage fee for every day after the end of last paid in full billing cycle.
